Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what information Rosemary collects when you use this website, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers the early-access waitlist, our contact form and general use of the site.

What information we collect

When you join the Rosemary early-access waitlist or use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us. This may include your name, email address, business name and, where relevant, details about your business such as its type or the challenges you shared with us.

We only ask for information that is needed to respond to you and improve Rosemary. We do not collect information through this site from other sources.

Waitlist information

When you join the waitlist we store your first name, business name, email address, business type and any optional notes you provide, along with whether you asked to receive product updates.

Contact form information

When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, optional business name, subject and message so that we can read and reply to your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your questions, manage early access to Rosemary, understand what hospitality businesses need, and improve the product. We do not sell your information or use it for purposes that are unrelated to Rosemary.

Marketing consent

We only send product updates and early-access invitations if you have opted in, for example through the checkbox on the waitlist form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting us using the details below.

Cookies and analytics

This website is hosted on a platform that may collect basic, aggregated usage information (such as page views and general device information) to help understand how the site is used. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors or to build advertising profiles.

How your information is stored

Waitlist entries and contact messages are stored securely in our application database. Access is limited to the Rosemary team for the purposes described in this policy.

Third-party providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers to run this website, including hosting, the application database and asset delivery. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver the service. [Third-party provider list to be completed before publishing]

How long we keep your information

We keep waitlist and contact information only as long as it is useful: while you remain on the list, while we work on your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete it. If an enquiry is resolved and no follow-up is needed, we remove the associated personal information within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw marketing consent at any time. To make any of these requests, email us using the contact details below and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Rosemary develops. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date. If changes significantly affect how we use your information, we will make this clear on the website.

Who we are and how to contact us

Rosemary is operated by an independent founder currently building the product in private beta. [Registered business address to be added before publishing]

For any privacy question, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, use the contact form on our contact page or reply to any email you have received from us.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes a simple way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time by contacting us, and we will remove you from the list.
